We at Test Success Hawaii believe that our products and services are the best, and as advertised.

We expect to help your teenager gain mastery in test-taking, learn test-taking time-management and "elimination-focus" strategies, improve in overall grades, show a strong self-confidence, and be motivated and prepared to take the college-entrance examination and continue on to college.

We understand that situations in life occur despite plans that are in place. Should you need to cancel your class, our Administration Department uses the following guidelines:
-- Up to 5 business days before the program begins, we offer 100% refund
-- 4 business days and up to 2 days before the program begins, we offer 50% refund
-- Should you need to cancel the day before or on the date that the program begins, we offer 20% refund

There is no refund if your teen does not attend class and we have not been notified beforehand.

If your teen has attended the entire program and you were not satisfied that any of our goals were achieved once you receive the Final Student Report, Test Success Hawaii will refund 80% of the cost of your class.
