Customer Service Specialist Certification Program


Certified individuals instill confidence in their clients, their supervisors, and the world; thus commanding higher income and respect. Our Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Certification is offered through ETAŽ International. An individual who successfully passes ETAŽ's World Class CSS Certification exam is professionally recognized as having the ability to uphold the interpersonal and business standards necessary in today's workplace.

Attendees receive the World Class Customer Service Study Guide as well as the examination.

Interpersonal Relationships
ETA International wall certificate
Examinees who successfully pass the Customer Service Specialist examination will receive a laminated wall certificate, wallet card, and lapel pin denoting their status. Each new CSS is then listed in The High-Tech News, ETAŽ's monthly magazine. Our Certified Customer Service Specialists are also permanently entered into ETAŽ's database of certified professionals.
